Tracy's background
Tracy Nowacki was born in Hartford and raised in Slinger Wisconsin. After 16 years working as an animal technician fulltime, while working part time in my husbands carpentry business as Secretary/treasurer, we started to purchase some rental properties and hunting/leased farmland. We needed a real estate agent to sell a gorgeous log home my husband built, and were very unsatisfied with the results. So I went to school to become an agent, after passing my Sale Associate test, I immediately studied to be a Broker so we could sell our own properties. I have now been in the real estate business for 18 years and love it. I am able to help many buyers & sellers realize their goals and dreams, while also managing our properties.
